I told them I do not see any information on my serials page nor am I able to download anything via Native Access. I've emailed them to let them know that I own Komplete Select 11 for Maschine Mk3. Native Access doesn't seem to have any updates for me right now.Ĭustomer service has no idea what they are talking about.
